Is this the end?

I was too weak. I stayed longer than planned. A week was not enough to see parents and especially friends that i hadn't seen for a long time, so i stayed. It's probably one of the wisest decisions i've taken in the past months, if you except that one time where i decided to eat a blueberry cheesecake instead of dinner (how was that wise again?..)
But seriously, i'm having a hard time realizing that it's all going to be over soon. A chapter of my life, those two last years of highschool beginning with my arrival in this country are definitely ending. I'm saying goodbye to a place and people i learned to love, a place to which i kept on returning for two years after highschool, where things are the same without ever being the same at all... whenever we all get together, we know those past times are over, but hell, we can never forget them... the other day we went out just like we used to, and the music, the atmoshpere hadn't changed a bit.. it was as if i had turned back into time. But guess what.. time machines don't exist. I just hope i'll be able to stay in contact with the good friends i made here, i think i'm already doing a good job (yes, friends, show your appreciation and a sign of life by leaving comments...!), aaaand as an inspiring person i hope we'll be able to go on that euro roadtrip next summer!
The estimated course would be Berlin-Prague-Vienna-Zagreb(-and maybe Athens), by the cheapest means obviously!
Until then, here's a little souvenir from Amigo's, a story mostly remembered as: "HEY, remember the time Danae fell off the bar?????" and to which i continue to reply: "I didn't fall off the bar... i was dragged down!!!!!!" [thank goodness i didn't cut myself when i broke those 6 bottles of alcohol on my way down..]

ok, i have no idea what you two said, but i like this post.. it's true and it's sad that you wont be comming back to Syria.. hopefully all this that's going on is going to be over soon and we can meet up there again. or we could all go down there (backpacking) as a continuation of our eurotrip. umm.. yes, our eurotrip should include going to all the places everyone is from and ending it by going down to damascus.. hmm, cool idea, the only problem is pato.. well, not so much a problem, but he's the only one on the other side of the world :S oh well.. i guess we'll just have to save more money :)

Books are made out of chapters. I'm sure this was merely an introduction of your book. So keep going, girl.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Don't be too hard on your friends either. Friendship can be much stronger than we think, but also more fragile than we sometimes expect. Be aware of your friends feelings and insecurities. And when they are silent, don't be afraid to ask "is there something you wanna talk about?"

Yes, I am refering to an older post...

yes well asking that is a bit hard when the room next to you is always empty. in order to have a conversation it takes two, not one person and a wall. (walls are great, but they're not very talkative!)
i hope we're gonna share another wall some time soon enough

a rivederci

OH, AND BORNA. Do you have the money for a trip till DAMASCUS, man? BECAUSE WE DON'T!
pato is a small problem, we should solve it as soon as he shows interest in this plan.

have fun.

Mmh, little, walls are in the heads of people. If you wan/see/imagine a wall, then there will be a wall...
